District Magistrate M K S Sundaram distributed the relief cheques to the kin of Parul (80) and Pooja (6), who lost their lives in yesterday's blaze, officials said.
Rs 2,700 each was also provided to 26 affected families whose shanties were gutted in the blaze which started due to an LPG gas cylinder blast in Sector-62 here.
