Judicial Magistrate (First Class) Jitendra Singh Kushwaha would hear the matter tomorrow, said lawyer and activist Indrajeet Singh Bhatia, who has filed the complaint.

In the complaint, Bhatia alleges that Kejriwal, in his speech here, had made derogatory remarks against UPA's Presidential candidate Pranab Mukherjee, saying that if Mukherjee became the President, national security would be in jeopardy.

Kejriwal, allegedly, had also said that current anti-corruption law in fact shielded the corrupt.

Bhatia claims that these statements amount to sedition, as defined under section 124-A of the IPC.

Bhatia had earlier filed private complaints against the Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan and Team Anna member Kiran Bedi.
