A criminal complaint was today filed in a Delhi court seeking action against AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal for exhorting voters in his election speeches to take bribes from BJP and Congress but vote for his party.
The complaint filed in the court at Tis Hazari by Arun Kumar, a practicing lawyer, accused Kejriwal of deliberately abetting bribery.
Kumar alleged that Kejriwal, despite himself being Delhi's ex-chief minister and knowing the fact that acceptance of bribe is punishable under law, instigated the voters to do such a thing.

The Election Commission has already issued three notices to Kejriwal, asking him to "desist" from making such comments on bribing of voters by political parties and warned him of strict action in the event of any violation.
The poll panel had issued notice to the AAP leader on January 18, January 23 and January 27 on the same issue.
