Besides, complaint registration cells have been established at district level for the purpose, an official release said here quoting S S Rawat, Secretary, Corruption elimination, God Governance and Public Service department.
The common people can register their complaints at the district level personally or by post and within 90 days of filing of the complaint, the complainant would be informed about the action taken on his complaint, he said.
For the purpose, District Magistrates have been asked to appoint a nodal officers who would examine the complaint. The office of District Magistrates would inform about the progress on the complaints, received by them, to commissioners of their division by 5th of every month.
After reviewing the complaints and action taken on them, the commissioners would submit a report to the Chief Secretary every three months, they said.
