Blaming "wrong policies for poor agriculture output", party president Sharad Yadav said the government was selling mineral resources at "throw away" prices.

He said that the government should fully utilise its natural resources to bring down its fiscal deficit.

Yadav at the same demanded strict legal action against those who got coal mines alloted in their name in contrivance of rules.

He also asked Congress chief Sonia Gandhi to take action against Union ministers Sriprakash Jaiswal, Subodh Kant Sahay and party MPs Naveen Jindal and Vijay Darda, in connection with the coal block allocations.
