Former MP from Chandigarh and in-charge of BJP's Legal and Legislative Business Cell, Satya Pal Jain, said the poor had become poorer and the rich richer due to "anti-Dalit" and "anti-poor" policies of the Congress governments.
Until Dalit youths are provided higher education, they will not be able to get the benefit of any reservation polices, Jain told a Dalit convention here.
