Cong appoints district observers to strengthen party cadre

With an aim to strengthen the party at the district and block levels, Congress today appointed observers in all 14 districts in the national Capital.

Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee chief Arvinder Singh has appointed observers in all the 14 districts and in each district a team of three observers have been appointed with one convener and two members.

"These observers will hold discussions with the Congress leaders and workers in their respective areas, and will also seek their suggestions and submit individual reports to committee," DPCC said in a statement.

It further stated that a decision would be taken to reconstitute the party at the district and block levels.
