Cong condemns Afghan terror attack

The Congress today condemned the Kabul terror attack, in which 90 people were killed and hundred others wounded.

"We strongly condemn the terrorist attack in Kabul. Our heart is with everyone in Kabul. Terror will never break the spirit of humanity," the Congress said on its Twitter handle.

At least 90 people were today killed and hundreds injured with many of them critically, when a massive truck bomb ripped through Kabul's diplomatic quarter, bringing carnage to the streets of the Afghan capital and shattering windows hundreds of metres away.

The party also asked the global community to unite to bring perpetrators, organisers and sponsors of terror to book.
 

AICC communications incharge Randeep Surjewala said, "Condemn the cowardly Kabul Attack. The global community should unite to bring perpetrators, organisers and sponsors of terror to book.
