Targeting Congress, Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi today sought to strike a contrast between the current US visits of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi, saying that while one was marked by "development debate", the opposition party is "in confusion" over the latter's trip.
Talking to reporters here, Naqvi said that each foreign trip undertaken by Modi has proven to be a milestone on the path to making India a world leader.
Modi's visits tell the world about the India growth story and the strengths and opportunities in our country, the Minister of State for Minority Affairs said, adding that huge FDI has come from the nations which the prime minister has visited.

"Congress is in confusion about his (Rahul's) visit," he charged.
Rahul today tweeted a picture of him attending a conference in the US. Congress leader Milind Deora also tweeted pictures of himself and Rahul with Iceland's President Olafur Ragnar Grimsson and the Congress Vice President's with former UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband at the conference.
While BJP has been taking potshots at Congress over Rahul's visit, Congress maintains that he has gone to the US to attend a conference, 'Weekend with Charlie Rose' at the Aspen Institute in Colorado.
