Jammu and Kashmir Congress president Saifuddin Soz today said top Congress leaders were taking keen interest in resolving problems of refugees and other sections of society in the state.
The Congress was determined to resolve problems of 1947, '65 and '71 refugees, he told a public meeting at Vijaypur in Samba district.
"Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and party vice-president Rahul Gandhi are taking keen interest in resolving problems of different sections of society, in particular refugees and displaced persons, in Jammu and Kashmir," Soz said.

The JKPCC president said the Congress party would strive hard for equitable development of all the three regons of the state.
He reiterated party's commitment to empowerment of Panchayats in the state in line with the 73rd Amendment of the Constitution.
Soz advocated enhancement of honorarium per month to sarpanchs and panchs to Rs 5000 and Rs 3000 respectively.
He also demanded holding of elections to the Block Development Councils at the earliest.
Earlier, the party at a rally paid rich tributes to Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru, heroes of the country's freedom struggle, on their 82 martrydom day.
