Former union minister and Congress National Spokesperson, Manish Tewari today condemned the hurling of shoe at Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal.
In a tweet and a statement later, Tewari said, this was a highly condemnable act.
"No matter what the provocation might be, hurling a shoe at someone is only condemnable," he said adding, there cannot be any justification for such incidents.
