Congress MLA Ashok Chandna along with 150 persons have been booked for allegedly damaging public property and misbehaving with policemen during a protest at Rajasthan Assembly here, police said today.
A case was registered against Chandna last night, and later transferred to CID Crime branch for investigation.
Chandna and eight other MLAs were suspended yesterday for indiscipline and disrupting the House proceedings while raising the issue of lathicharge on Youth Congress workers during an agitation near the Assembly building here.

After the incident, Chandna reached the House and along with one Independent, eight other Congress MLAs raised the issue but the Speaker did not allow them.
When the din continued, Government Chief Whip Kalulal Gujar moved a proposal of suspension of the nine MLAs which was passed by voice vote following which the Speaker ordered the Marshal to take the suspended MLAs out of the house.
The case was registered against the MLA and others under sections 143 (punishment for unlawful assembly), 149 (every member of unlawful assembly guilty of offence committed in prosecution of common object), 332 (voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant from his duty), police said.
Also, 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty), 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) of the IPC and section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property (PDPP) Act, they added.
