Step-motherly treatment is being meted to Kishtwar and the MPLAD (Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme) fund is not being used for its development, BJP state secretary Sunil Sharm alleged in a press statement here.
"Not even a single developmental work has been executed by using the MPLAD fund," he said.
