Bihar Congress today questioned Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's "differential views" on BJP leaders Narendra Modi and L K Advani claiming that both have a 'communal' track record.

"On one hand Nitish Kumar is calling Narendra Modi communal and on the other hand praising Advani responsible for demolition of Babri mosque," PCC chief Ashok Chaudhary told reporters.

"Nitish Kumar should explain how Advani, an accused in case registered for demolition of Babri mosque is secular," the newly elected Bihar Congress president said.

The PCC chief said while the Bihar CM is making statements to woo Muslims, his administration issued warrants against victims hailing from that community in Forbesganj firing incident.

Chaudhary, who served as a minister in the RJD-Congress coalition government in Bihar, said if JD(U) claims that it could not compromise with secular principle why does not it part company with "communal BJP".
