Congress today ridiculed Aam Aadmi Party's claim that it does not have money to fight Assembly elections in Goa and Punjab despite being in power in Delhi.
Congress spokesman Manish Tewari told reporters that the Arvind Kejriwal government has mastered the art of "misusing" the government machinery.
This, he claimed, was evident from the fact that the Delhi government's publicity budget of Rs 526 crore for this year was four times more than the Rs 186 crore budget of the Union government for the purpose in 2013-14.

Besides, he alleged, the NGO with which Kejriwal was associated has so far not submitted its account details.
Kejriwal had said in Goa that it would look odd but it was true that despite a one-and-half year of governance in Delhi, AAP did not have money to fight elections.
