Eyeing an unprecedented fourth straight victory in the upcoming assembly polls, Delhi Congress will release a dossier listing achievement of the Sheila Dikshit dispensation in the last 15 years.

It will be released by Dikshit and Delhi Congress president president J P Agarwal at a function in DPCC.

The dossier will highlight the "transformation" of the national capital in the last 15 years, and will particularly highlight about the social security schemes.

The infrastructure development carried out by Dikshit's government will also be highlight to emphasise that development ensured by the Congress government was "very much" visible in the national capital.

"We do not need to convince the citizens about our work. It is visible in the city. Development work carried out by the Congress government is very much visible," said a senior Delhi Congress leader.

He said Congress' campaign in the city will revolve around the development plank.

The assembly polls in the city are slated for November and Dikshit is all set to lead the campaign.

She has led the Congress to three consecutive election victories and was confident of the fourth win.

At the Delhi Assembly last week, Dikshit had said results of the elections were not going to be different. "We would remain on the treasury benches whereas the BJP would occupy the opposition benches".

"Our government has taken so many innovative steps which were never thought of earlier. Our government has been sensitive towards all sections of people. We never faltered in our duties," she had said.
