Congress in Tamil Nadu would submit a memorandum to the state Governor on May 2 listing corruption charges against ministers in the AIADMK regime.
Corruption was 'rampant' in the state and the Congress would take out a rally in Chennai and submit the memorandum, Tamil Nadu Congress Committee President E V K S Elangovan told reporters here.
Congress would be second opposition party in the state to petition Governor K Rosaiah with corruption charges against the AIADMK regime.

PMK had in February last submitted a memorandum listing 18 allegations of corruption against the state government.
Elangovan said the next government in the state after the 2016 assembly elections could be formed only with the support of Congress which could also be a partner, indicating that the party could be agressive in seat-sharing negotiation.
He urged the government to reject the recommendations of Meenakumari Committee on fishing, saying they would affect the livelihood of fishermen.
Elangovan, who earlier declared open the new office of Congress here, said both farmers and fishermen had not benefitted in any way from the present government.
