Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today claimed that Congress will easily win the by-elections to Bhornaj Assembly seat, which fell vacant after the sudden demise of BJP leader Ishwar Dutt Dhiman earlier this month.
"Congress is fully ready and united, and will easily win the seat," he told reporters here.
On distribution of tickets for the Assembly elections next year, Singh said, "Candidates from every section of the society will get tickets, and youth and women will get their due quota."
