Former minister and Congress leader Bhupesh Baghel filed the petition, seeking investigation against the chief minister, the then Chief Secretary P Ummen and BALCO CEO Gunjan Gupta.
The petition alleges corruption and loss of Rs 140 crore to the exchequer in the regularisation of land occupied by BALCO in Korba district of the state, Congress spokesperson G S Ahluwalia said.
The court will hear the case on August 4.
