Delhi Congress today accused the BJP and Aam Aadmi Party of stalling major development projects in the national capital.
In the second phase of 'Jan Jagran Abhiyaan', Congress attacked BJP and AAP during an 'Aakrosh' rally held at Bindapur Matiala Road at Uttam Nagar Assembly constituency of West Delhi alleging that during the past 11 months, major projects have been shoved into cold storage.
"Not only all development work in Delhi had come to a grinding halt, but major projects like the Mono Rail had not only been shoved into cold storage by the BJP, but its death knell had been sounded in the current financial year," a statement issued by Congress said.

DPCC spokesperson Mukesh Sharma alleged that the local BJP MLA, in collusion with power companies, was forcing people to increase their load capacity, and as a result, the residents were getting inflated power bills.
Senior Congress leader Sajjan Kumar, who was also present at the rally, said during the past 11 months, the clock of development work in Delhi had been set back by 11 years.
"The projects such as Bindapur DDA flats and mono rail to connect Mohan Garden, sanctioned by the previous Congress Government in Delhi, had been buried under files, and the mono rail project had now become a mere pipe dream for the residents of the area," he said.
