As Charak's press conference got underway with Bihar Youth Congress in-charge Harshvardhan Shyam making preliminary statement about membership campaign for the youth wing, some local Congress leaders and workers raised slogans against him and charged him with backing a particular group.
Amid the din, Charak escorted by Bihar Youth Congress president Lalan Kumar left the Sadakat Ashram venue in the latter's vehicle for an undisclosed destination.
