Congress leader Shiv Kumar Agnihotri passes away

Congress leader Pandit Shiv Kumar Agnihotri today passed away at his residence in Semrauta here. He was 80.

Popularly known as 'Adhunik Malviya of Amethi', Agnihotri had founded several educational institutions in backward areas of the district.
