"It was a flop show. The party was claiming to gather one lakh people but it could attract only a few thousand people.
"Government machinery was misused for this programme but people have shown mirror to Congress by not attending the rally," BJP state president Arun Chaturvedi said here while referring to the "Sankalp rally" of the Congress taken out yesterday.
He said that no national level leader was present in the meeting which has once again proved "infighting" within the party.
However, the Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that the rally was successful.
"We do not have objection whether they call it a flop show or unsuccessful...Whatever they say, how I can stop them, but in my view the rally was very successful," Gehlot told reporters on the sidelines of a function here.
