About forty Congressmen led by Madhay Pradesh Rajiv Vikas Kendra were arrested at two places where they had planned to show black flags to Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Baba Ramdev respectively and were released on bail later, the police said.

President of MP Rajiv Vikas Kendra Devendra Singh Yadav, however, alleged that the police also resorted to lathi charge on the Congress workers who were on way to show black flags to Ramdev.

Madhya Pradesh government was shielding two big businessmen, Dilip Suryavanshi and Sudhir Sharma, who have become billionaires during the BJP rule, Yadav said.

A camp for Baba Ramdev was organised in 2007 by Dilip Suryavanshi who was now under Income Tax department lens for holding unaccounted money, Yadav said adding it was an irony that they (Ramdev and CM) were campaigning against black money.
