Farmers from Kavuvlavada village today gave consent letters for giving up 160 acres of land for the greenfield airport at Bhogapauram in the district.
The letters were handed over to the District Collector Vivek Yadav here.
Yadav said that the Government had received consent letters in respect of 900 acres of land so far, and assured that the compensation would be given at the earliest.
