A 51-year-old police constable was today killed when the motorcycle he was riding, was hit by a lorry in Samalkot area on the outskirts of the city, police said.
The mishap took place on the ABD road in which one A.Rambabu attached to the Samalkot police station was killed, a police official said.
A case under relevant sections of IPC is registered and investigations are underway, police said.
