A police constable was today suspended for alleged misbehavior with members of a NGO, police said today.
Constable Prabhjot Singh yesterday allegedly misbehaved with members of 'Gau Rakshsa Samiti' who had gone to the police station in connection with a case pertaining to cow slaughter.
NGO members further alleged that constable was drunk at the time of duty.
SSP Rakesh Kaushal said the constable has been suspended and an inquiry will be conducted against the cop.
