Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today said the 90-km-long Theog-Hatkoti road would be completed soon.
"The construction of the road is a World Bank-funded project and would be handed over to National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) after its completion," he said during an informal chat with mediapersons.
Referring to 14th Finance Commission recommendation of 232 per cent increase in allocation of funds, Singh said he was happy over the devolutions made by it in respect of revenue deficit grants.

On Congress Working Committee, Singh said the process of election should be followed instead of making nominations in organisational polls. "Even in the past, elections were held for fifty per cent members of Congress Working Committee (CWC). There is no harm if unanimity in BCC, DCC and PCC elections is not arrived," he said.
