Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) today reported a 9.56 per cent decline in net profit to Rs 185.99 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
The company had clocked a net profit of Rs 205.66 crore for the corresponding quarter in 2015-16, CONCOR said in a BSE filing.
Income from operations declined to Rs 1,330.41 crore during the period under review as againt Rs 1,404.37 crore in the same quarter a year-ago.

Total expenses of the company also rose to Rs 1,161.94 crore during the quarter under review as against Rs 1,213.21 crore in the quarter a year-ago.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 1305.05 apiece on the BSE, down 1.60 per cent from the previous close.
