Delhiites were today greeted by a cool, sunny morning with the minimum temperature settling at 22.7 degrees Celsius, a notch above normal.
The morning was also marked by a slightly thick haze and the humidity level at 8.30 AM was recorded at 74 per cent, a MeT department official said.
The forecast for the day was mainly clear skies with no chance of rain and the maximum temperature is expected to settle at 36 degrees Celsius, the official said.
The maximum temperature was yesterday recorded at 35.6 degrees Celsius while the minimum was 22.8 degrees Celsius.
