Two persons, including a traffic police official, were killed and a woman was seriously injured in separate road accidents in Udhampur and Jammu districts, police said today.
Traffic havaldar Vijay Kumar was crushed to death by a vehicle at a check point at Jakhani in Udhampur district late last night, they said.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested.
In another incident, a youth was hit by an unknown vehicle at Malhar in the same district this morning resulting in his spot death, they said.
In the third mishap, a woman was seriously injured when she was hit by a vehicle here today, they said.
