Police authorities have sought disciplinary action against an inspector for allegedly watching objectionable content on his cellphone while on duty at a temple in Krishna district.

Krishna District Superintendent of Police S Vijay Kumar has written to the government seeking disciplinary action against circle inspector Gudiwadaa Durga Prasad, deputed at the Kanaka Durga temple here during the ongoing Navratri festival, for allegedly watching pornographic film on his mobile phone instead of regulating the crowd of visitors there today, Kumar said.
