The incident took place in the premises of 3rd Battalion in Malviya Nagar.
Dinesh was shot dead allegedly by Sunil with his service gun.
Police said it was yet to establish the motive of the murder.
Kumar was rushed to AIIMS where doctors declared him brought dead.
