The incident was reported from Keshav Chowk last evening and the deceased has been identified as Satender.
He stayed with his family in Ghaziabad and was on his way back home when he met with the accident.
He was rushed to GTB Hospital where he was declared brought dead.
The tempo driver has been arrested.
