Copper and brass firmed up at the non-ferrous metal market here today on good stockist buying amid sustained demand from industrial users.
Nickel and tin fell on subdued offtake from allowy industries.
The industrial metals trading higher at the LME owing to good improved demand from top metals users China.

Brass utensils scrap rose by Rs 3 per kg to Rs 353 from Thursday closing level of Rs 350.
Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper wire bar moved up by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 488, Rs 482 and Rs 516 from Rs 486, Rs 483 and Rs 516 previously.
Copper armature, copper utensils scrap, copper sheet cutting and brass sheet cutting all inched up by Re 1 per kg to Rs 478, 460, Rs 474 and Rs 362, respectively.
However, Nickel dropped by Rs 8 per kg to Rs 1,055 from overnight close of Rs 1,063 and tin edged down by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 1,565 from Rs 1,563.
Aluminium utensils scrap and zinc also softened by Re 1 per kg each to Rs 126 and Rs 168.
