Copper prices firmed up further at the non-ferrous metal market here today following stockists buying amid rising demand from industrial users.
While, nickel and lead eased further due to poor offtake from alloy industries.
Copper cable scrap, copper utensils and copper wire bar rose by Rs 3 per kg each to Rs 380, Rs 338 and Rs 408 from Tuesday's close Rs 377, Rs 335 and Rs 405 respectively.

Copper scrap heavy and copper armature edged up by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 370 and Rs 360 as compared to Rs 368 and Rs 358 yesterday.
Copper sheet cuttings inched up by a Re per kg to Rs 356.
However, nickel slid by Rs 5 per quintal to Rs 825 as against Rs 830 yesterday and lead softened by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 134 from yesterday's close Rs 136.
