Copper prices recovered by Rs 2 per kg at the non-ferrous market today following pick up in demand from consuming industries amid a firm global trend.
Traders said better demand from consuming industries and a firm trend in global markets mainly led to the recovery in copper prices.
Globally, copper for delivery in three-months rose 1.1 per cent to USD 4,811.50 per metric tonne On the London Metal Exchange.

In the national capital, copper mixed scrap rose by Rs 2 to Rs 360 per kg.
