Copper, tin and nickel decline on lower demand

Copper, tin and nickel prices declined at the non-ferrous metal market here today following stockists selling amidst lower demand from industrial users.

Tin prices slipped by Rs 20 per kg to Rs 1,670 from last Saturday's close Rs 1,690 and copper sheet cuttings slid by Rs 11 per kg to Rs 370 as compared Rs 381 previously.

Nickel, copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy, copper armature and copper wire bar moved down by Rs 10 per kg each to Rs 850, Rs 398, Rs 392, Rs 376 and Rs 426 as against Rs 860 Rs 408, Rs 402, Rs 386 and Rs 436, respectively.
 

Copper utensils edged down by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 360 from last weekend's level at Rs 365.
