Meanwhile, copra Alapuzha and copra Kozhikode both slipped on reduced off-take from millers.
Copra office edible climbed by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 5,600 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 5,500.
However, copra office Alapuzha declined by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 4,500 from Rs 4,600 previously.
Copra office Kozhikode went down by Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 4,400 as against Rs 4,450 yesterday.
