Copra office Alapuzzha, copra office Kozhikode, copra Rajapur and copra edible recovered at the spices market here today following fresh demand from stockists amid good offtake from exporters.
While, black pepper prices dropped further owing to sluggish demand from stockists and retailers.
Ginger unbleached ruled steady in absence of any large scale buying.

Copra office Alappuzha, copra office Kozhikode and copra Rajapur Mumbai regained by Rs 200 per quintal to Rs 9,300, Rs 9,200 and Rs 10,500 from last Saturday's close of Rs 9,100, Rs 9,000 and Rs 10,300, respectively.
Copra edible Mumbai also gained by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 9,900 as against Rs 9,800 last weekend.
However, black pepper moved down by Rs 15/10 per kg to Rs 500/590 as compared to Rs 515/600 previously.
