Coronavirus: Raj govt asks Health Dept to be prepared to tackle any situation

The Rajasthan government has asked the Health Department to be prepared to tackle any situation arising from coronavirus outbreak.

State Health Minister Raghu Sharma said that as a precautionary measure the Health Department has been put on alert for prevention and management of the disease.

"The virus outbreak originated from China. The Union Health Ministry should issue an advisory and also make screening facilities available at all airports," he said.

"As a precautionary measure we have asked the health department to remain on alert for prevention and advance management of the disease," Sharma said.
