Corruption in Bihar is one-fourth of what it is in Delhi, former Union Home Secretary RK Singh remarked today.
"I have worked in Bihar and Delhi for almost equal tenures. You talk about corruption. Corruption in Bihar is one fourth of what it is in Delhi," said Singh, who is slated to be named adviser to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on infrastructure.
Releasing a book, 'Nitish Engineering: Reconstructing Bihar', he said Bihar had seen a lot of improvement and the state, used to making news for negative reasons, had attracted positive publicity in the last few years.
