Cosmo Films liquidates its Netherlands arm

Cosmo Films, a manufacturer of bi-axially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), today said that it has liquidated its Netherlands-based unit Cosmo Films (Netherlands).

"Cosmo Films (Netherlands) Cooperatief U.A (a wholly owned step down entity of CF Global Holding Mauritius Ltd) stands liquidated w.E.F October 28, 2016," the company informed BSE.

CF Global Holding Mauritius is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cosmo Films.

It further added: "There is no impact on shareholding of Cosmo Films Ltd".

Shares of Cosmo Films were trading at Rs 416.15 on BSE, down 1.08 per cent from previous close.
