Prices of cottonseed and crude palm oil rose up to Rs 50 per quintal at the wholesale oils and oilseeds market today due to pick up in demand from retailers.
However, castor oil in the non-edible section, eased on reduced offtake by consuming industries.
Traders said pick up in demand from retailers mainly attributed the rise in cottonseed and crude palm oil prices.
