"Portraying a character like Swami Vivekananda in your first film can be one dream every new actor will look forward to. And my looks, my posture, my stance before the lens automatically changed the moment the camera started rolling," Deep said yesterday.
Deep had to do lot of swimming during shoots for the movie which captured the phase of Narendranath's visits to northern India, becoming Vivekanada, till his last day.
"I remember one particular shoot in Vizag, which was shown as Vivekananda Rock in Kanyakumari in the film, where I kept swimming into the seas not hearing the shouts of the director and production, but nothing happened to me. In fact since then I started believing nothing can happen to me when I am portraying Vivekananda," he said.
