Neighbours Arjun (18) and Aradhana (17) of Sanjarpur village were facing stiff opposition from their respective families over their relationship.
Last night when everyone was sleeping, the two came out of their houses and jumped before a moving train, police said.
The bodies were found on the track this morning and have been sent for the post mortem, police added.
