A couple allegedly committed suicide by setting themselves ablaze after set aflame their child at Shertalao village in West Bardhaman district, the police said today.
Md Shahid (37) and Tabassum Parveen (20) poured kerosene over themselves and also on their three-year-old child Taiba Khatun and set afire in their house last night. All were charred to death.
Family dispute could be the reason for the incident, they said.
