A couple was electrocuted in a village here when they came in contact with a live wire on the roof of their house, police said today.
The deceased identified as Tori alias Kala (42) and his wife Seema Devi (36) were on the terrace of their house when they accidentally came into contact with a live wire overhead, they said.
Both were rushed to the district hospital, where doctors declared them brought dead, police said adding that the bodies have been sent for post mortem examination.
