A couple who had allegedly duped a city-based man of Rs 10 lakh was brought by Jaipur police here on production warrant from Delhi's Tihar jail.

The accused -- Lokeshwar (36) and his wife Priyanka (34) -- had opened an office in the state capital and promised 20 per cent return on investment in 2011, police said.

One Paritosh Toran invested Rs 10 lakh and when he demanded the return and the money back, the duo disappeared, they said.

They were arrested by CBI last year and were under judicial custody at Tihar jail.

Jaipur police brought them yesterday on production warrant.
