A CBI court allowed the central probe agency today to interrogate BJP MP from Junagadh Dinu Bogha Solanki along with co-accused Bahadursinh Vadher inside the Sabarmati Central Jail until November 30 in connection with the RTI activist Amit Jethwa murder case.
Vadher is currently lodged in a sub-jail in Gondal in Rajkot district.
CBI also moved the court of Additional Sessions Judge M M Vyas today with a request asking the jail authorities to bring Vadher to the Sabarmati Jail so that he could be questioned along with Solanki.

The court allowed the probe agency's application and instructions were issued to Sabarmati and Gondal's jail authorities accordingly.
Vadher was arrested along with five others by the city crime branch in 2010. Later, he was shifted to Gondal from the Sabarmati Central Jail.
Jethwa had filed several RTI queries and also a PIL in the Gujarat High Court on illegal mining in Gir forest, the abode of the Asiatic lion.
The case was initially probed by Gujarat police which had arrested six persons, including Shiva Solanki, nephew of the MP, and alleged sharpshooter Sailesh Pandya who is accused of gunning down Jethwa outside the Gujarat High Court on July 20, 2010.
However, the police had ruled out any possibility of Solanki's involvement in the crime and gave him a clean chit, after which the slain activist's father approached the high court.
The high court termed the police probe as "far from fair, independent, bona fide or prompt" and transferred the case to the CBI.
